The Earl Building at Clerys Quarter will be Dublin’s best and most central address for businesses. It forms an integral part of the mixed–use Clerys Quarter redevelopment, offering 27,565 sq.ft of Grade A office space over five floors. As part of our role in bringing Clerys Quarter to life, we developed the identity and marketing material to help capture the attention of future tenants.

Bringing it online

The new website is a mixture of editorial content and the practical information needed to advertise the space, such as building specifications and location. The site is one of a series of sub–sites housed under the main Clerys Quarter website. This ‘sub–site’ approach allows us to promote each offer, whilst also helping the letting agents direct potential tenants to individual areas of the development, as well as the overall site. Alongside this, we developed a striking visual and verbal language for social media to introduce potential tenants to the space and give the public a sneak peek into what’s happening with the build.

At home in Clerys Quarter

Clerys Quarter is centred around the refurbished and extension of the historic Clerys Building. Since it was first built in 1853, the building has played a central role in Dublin’s history. The new offer will bring together office space (The Earl Building & Clerys Building), retail (Clerys), food & beverage (Earl Place Market) and hospitality (The Clery Hotel and Clerys Rooftop Bar). As the lead agency for the brand development, Rowdy has been working across all aspects in a phased approach to the opening in late 2020.
